Richard has been working in the hedge fund sector for the last 7 years. Richard started his career in alternative investments at The Children's Investment Fund LLP as a research analyst. Subsequently, in 2005, Richard joined the then start up fund Arbiter Fund Managers. Richard spent 4 years as the Head of Sales at Arbiter raising capital in excess of $50m by way of managed accounts alone and in excess of $150m for Arbiter's listed funds. Arbiter at its peak was managing in excess of $1bn. Post Arbiter, Richard has used his expertise to provide capital raising consultancy to a number of hedge funds.
Matthew Windsor
Matt started with Lloyds as a business analyst 10 years ago having completed a degree in Computational Physics at the university of Bath. A keen mathematician Matt was approached to support and ultimately trade Arbiter's proprietary quantitative trading models. This highly successful strategy meant that Matt was promoted to head up the trading desk and managed the entirety of the £1bn+ funds under management at Arbiter. Matt's areas of expertise include algorithmic trading, risk management, programming and Foreign eXchange.
